PB6 uses a hedonic-based model with multiple valuation methodologies for each valuation and utilizes property comparables, appraiser emulation, home price indexes, and various statistical methods. In addition, PB6 incorporates neighborhood trends and characteristics into these algorithms. After completing all valuation methods, the PB6 AVM engine reconciles all values generated by the various methods to achieve a final value.
